Gather efforts for win-win; join hands for a bright future. The completion ceremony of Infection Control Product Partner Training Seminar 2020 of Jusha Medical was successfully held in Nanjing, the administration headquarters of Jusha, on July 17, 2020.

This is another academic research and learning event held by Jusha Medical following the Infection Control Forum. Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, online training was adopted this time. This seminar lasted three months, during which nearly 80 partner representatives were invited to participate. At the seminar, colleagues from the Infection Control Division of Jusha Medical and trainees had in-depth exchanges of the latest development and industry trend of infection control products, learned about and explored the latest advancement of subjects, as well as infection control hotspots, challenges and countermeasures, from multiple perspectives and angles both at home and abroad.

Diversified incentive mechanisms were established in this seminar. Many trainees successfully completed their courses after finishing all trainings and tests. In order to encourage forum building and regulate study, Jusha Medical established a special incentive mechanism and determined, according to the point rankings of trainees, the champion, the first runner-up and the second runner-up for this seminar, who were invited to visit the company together with their leaders. The trainees visited the Exhibition Hall and the Science and Technology Industrial Park of Jusha Medical. With the detailed explanations by the commentator, trainees obtained a more complete understanding of the development process, products and business scale of the company.
