“One inch of blood for the that of mountain and river & one inch of soul for the that of hot earth”. Jinzhai is located in the hinterland of Dabie Mountains and at the junction of Hubei, Henan and Anhui Provinces. Jinzhai is the main birthplace of the Red Fourth Front Army and one of the main revolutionary bases in Hubei, Henan and Anhui. At the beginning of the War of Liberation, Liu Deng’s army leapt thousands of miles into the Dabie Mountains, ushering in a new era of the War of Liberation. Jinzhai has cultivated 59 founding generals such as Hong Xuezhi and Pi Dingjun, thus being praised as “the Cradle of the Red Army and the Hometown of the Generals”.

To welcome the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, we cherish the memory of the revolutionary martyrs and pursue the red mark. On July 27, 2019, “Start a Prairie Fire with Shining Stars” - Jusha Medical Education and Training Meeting for 2019 Jinzhai Revolution was held in Jinzhai County, “the cradle of the Red Army and the hometown of the generals”. Mr. Wang Wei, chairman of Nanjing Jusha Medical, Mr. Li Jinliang, deputy general manager of Nanjing Jusha Display Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Xiaoyuan, secretary of the CPC General Branch of Jusha Medical, and Ms. Pu Fanlin, director of the Human Resources Management Center and assistant to the general manager attended the Meeting.

At 9:00am on July 27, the Meeting officially started in the Jindongyuan Report Hall of Jinzhai Cadre Academy. Li Yekun, deputy director of the county Archives Bureau for Party History and County Annals, gave a lecture on the course the power of faith for everyone. Taking the historical route of Jinzhai Revolution as the main line, the Meeting gave an in-depth and simple explanation on why Jinzhai was praised as an important “two sources”, and how to understand and inherit the power of faith. In the process, the professor introduced and expanded many revolutionary stories to make everyone understand the power of faith more deeply.

At 13:00pm, Professor Guo Wei, director of the Management Development Center of Anhui Administration Institute, gave a lecture on Executive Power and Refined Management. Professor Li interacted with the students frequently and showed us a vivid and profound course with a large number of practical examples.

At 15:00pm, all the participants went to visit Jinzhai Revolutionary History Museum, and the narrator restored the outstanding revolutionary years and historic feats in history. Then all the staff went to the Memorial Tower of Revolutionary Martyrs in the Red Army Square to lay wreaths on revolutionary martyrs. Under the monument, Party members and comrades went to the party hereof flag to renew their vows to join the Party hereof.

At 19:00pm, on July 27, under the leadership of Ms. Pu Fanlin, secretary of the CPC General Branch of Jusha Medical, director of the Human Resources Management Center and assistant to the general manager, all the participants were divided into five Groups and discussed respectively on the two themes of “combining corporate culture and red spirit to talk about faith”, “combining their job responsibilities to talk about execution and fine management”. All the participants discussed from multiple angles and directions according to the contents of the daytime visit and study, and fully combined with the actual working conditions. All the participants spoke enthusiastically, further deepening the understanding of corporate culture and learning contents of the Company.

Upon the receipt of in-depth ideological education, on July 28, the participants held the 6th meeting of 2019 Intelligent Operating Room and Sales Staff Debriefing Summary of endoscopic product’s department, the semi-annual management reflection meeting of 2019 Jusha southwest district north 2 district, and the Marketing Department 2019 Work Planning and Implementation Discussion Meeting.

On April 24, 2016, when the General Secretary Xi Jinping went to Jinzhai County to present a flower basket to the Memorial Tower of Revolutionary Martyrs, he pointed out: “One inch of blood for the that of mountain and river & one inch of soul for the that of hot earth. Looking back on the war years in the past, the people of Jinzhai have made outstanding contributions to China’s revolutionary cause with fearless sacrifice. We will continue to follow the footsteps of the revolutionary predecessors and pass on the red mountain to the generations.” Today we go back to history over and over again, not sole for the sake of history, but also to sum up valuable development experiences. At such a critical moment of the transforming and upgrading Jusha, every one of us shall bear such a historical mission and be ready to write the glorious history of Jusha!
