Jusha Medical 2019 Core Supplier Conference themed on “Growth, Transformation and Change” was successfully held on February 24, 2019 in Nanjing, Jiangsu with the aim to implement the development strategy of Jusha Medical and establish a long-term mutual trust supply system

Since its establishment in 1996, Jusha Medical has developed for 24 years and grown from the original Nanjing regional trade-oriented enterprise to a global high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. In recent years, Jusha Medical has successfully realized business transformation and upgrading, which cannot be separated from the support and persistence of supply partners. In this process, we joined hands with our partners to make Jusha’s products available to end users in 66 countries and regions around the world. In the first year of the reform of Jusha Medical, nearly 100 core supplier members were invited to participate in the conference to sum up the past experience and welcome future so as to advance towards the goal of becoming “a leader in Chinese medical device industry and a global leader in medical digital visualization.”

Mr. Wen Fan, senior director of Jusha Medical Supply Chain Management Center, introduced the company and shared the medium and long-term development plan. At the meeting, external experts were invited to share Huawei's performance management and cadre training courses. The visit to the exhibition hall of Jusha Company impressed the visiting guests. Many visitors were deeply impressed by the design and professional explanation of the exhibition hall as well as the application demonstration of the company's products. The awards ceremony and the appreciation dinner were grandly opened at the banquet hall of the Hilton Nanjing Riverside at 18:00 on February. The event was kicked off with a chorus “Stay True to Yourself” by Jusha Chorus. Shadow dance and solo dance performances well presented the creativity and talent of Jusha Medical staff. The awards include the Excellent Supplier Award, Best Quality Award, Best Technology Award, Best Synergy Award, Core Contribution Award, China Strategic Partner and Global Strategic Partner. The company's senior leaders attended and presented awards to the winners.
