Criminal offence risks training firstly held by Jusha in 2017

On February 7, 2017, Jusha the first training on criminal offence risks for employees in Nanjing Headquarter. The training was hosted by Mr. Ding Zhigang, the director of Business Logistics Center. Mrs. Xu Limin who is the professor of Law School, Nanjing University, partner of Jiangsu Guotai Xinhua Law Firm and a famous lawyer was invited to give a lecture. Over 100 people, including leaders in all Sales Departments and Functional Departments and relevant staff attended the training.

Relevant laws and regulations were explained in five parts, namely, labor law, contract law, trademark law, criminal law, laws and regulations in industries and sectors. Lawyer Xu made an in-depth explanation on specific issues that we should pay attention to when entering into purchase and sales contract, how to confirm the qualifications of agents and how to avoid legal risks with vivid cases. She then focused on the meanings and relevant judicial interpretation of "bribe-taking crime by non-public servant" and "bribe-offering crime by non-public servant" in Article 163 and 164 of Criminal Law, and showed many actual cases and judicial points. Everyone actively raised questions relating to their actual work after the lecture, highlighting the importance of the lecture. All participants signed the Letter of Commitment with the company to obey laws and regulations during the training.

The training stressed practicality, guidance and operability to further enrich everyone's legal knowledge and enhance legal awareness of the staff. The participants further understood that enterprises can pursue innovation and growth in stable operation only by operating and managing in accordance with laws to make all company activities in compliance with relevant laws and regulations; meanwhile the employees' common interest can only be protected through compliance with laws and regulations. While complying with laws and regulations, the company should strengthen management to further enhance the consciousness of all employees to study, understand, utilize and abide by laws, and regulate their business activities. It is also the effective way to regulate management, raise competitiveness and create first-class enterprise.
