In the morning of February 28, 2019, the Award Ceremony of "2017 Private Sci-Tech Development Contribution Award" was held by China Association for Promotion of Private Sci-Tech Enterprises at the China Hall of Science and Technology in Beijing, to commend private enterprises and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of China's private sci-tech undertakings. At the Award Ceremony, Jusha Medical won the title of "China Outstanding Private Sci-Tech Enterprise" for 2017.

The Private Sci-Tech Development Contribution Award is a non-governmental award approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and National Office for Science & Technology Awards, and implemented by China Association for Promotion of Private Sci-Tech Enterprises. After formal examination, expert evaluation and final review on award application materials from 450 plus enterprises conducted by Expert Evaluation Committee and Award Review Committee of "Private Science and Technology Development Contribution Award", a total of 10 First Prizes in Technological Advancement, 30 Second Prizes and 60 Excellence Awards were given. A total of 5 First Prizes for Zhong Nanshan Innovation and Technology Award, 10 Second Prizes and 20 Third Prizes were presented. A total of 70 companies were granted Outstanding Private Sci-Tech enterprises; 6 companies were presented the Award for Best Management Service at National Torch Special Industry Bases, 6 companies were given the Award for Best Service Agency at National Torch Special Industry Bases, and 19 companies received the Award for Outstanding Private Sci-Tech Enterprises at National Torch Special Industry Bases.
